Breakfast offered a vast selection. I found many choices! the room size suited me well with its clean linen. the staff, from front desk to housekeeping, greeted me warmly and met my needs. This charmed me. early flight changes meant arriving before check-in, yet management kindly provided early access.
The shower had a faulty seal when i arrived which meant a delay in using it. It took longer than expected to get it fixed! also, noise from the street disrupted sleep because of a nearby wedding.

sunday brunch at café knosh stood out with its thoughtful curation and chef's personal touch. i noticed chef himanshu checked in on guests to accommodate requests; this felt special. there were many options for vegetarians too!

the hotel maintained clean surfaces; i saw staff constantly working to keep it pristine. beautiful lotus flowers and nice scents added to the ambience. the kids' area has staff like manisha; she ensured every child had fun; that was very nice.

The staff impressed me with their hospitality and quick service. The breakfast offered much variety (the masala dosa was a highlight). The room had a large bed and a flat screen television. I appreciated the comfy chair area.
The lack of cleanliness in the room was concerning, as I found hair on the sheets. I found it quite bothersome in an otherwise luxurious hotel (I expect better hygiene).

Breakfast provides several options; I specifically enjoyed the masala tea and dosa. The chef prepares personalized dishes, showing great care for the guests. Overall, the restaurant service seemed very attentive.

The room featured a spacious layout and a comfortable bed (I slept very well). There was a bath and nice powerful shower in the bathroom. The presence of robes and room slippers contributed to the feeling of comfort.

The staff responded quickly to requests, resolving issues promptly. The concierge was exceptionally helpful with directions and recommendations. Ankur at the entrance greeted everyone with a warm smile.

i received a beautiful premier room. it had a lot of space. breakfast was included and it was delicious. dinner was also included.
the room had only one plug in the bathroom for a shaver. the hair dryer was wired in. there was no plug for women using a flat or curling iron. the hotel was noisy with music played too loud in the restaurants.

the breakfast buffet had a large variety of options and everything tasted fresh. the gym includes several cardio machines and weights, so my workout routine wasn't interrupted. we loved the variety of food options. but the service was prompt and attentive!

The staff was super friendly and courteous. Breakfast at Cafe Knosh was a highlight of my stay and the staff made it special. I have to mention Nitin Ratolia for his awesome hospitality and Chef Himanshu for directing his staff to.!!
The room's air conditioning was locked on cold. I could not change it. I had to sleep in my dressing gown.
