i received a beautiful premier room. it had a lot of space. breakfast was included and it was delicious. dinner was also included.
the room had only one plug in the bathroom for a shaver. the hair dryer was wired in. there was no plug for women using a flat or curling iron. the hotel was noisy with music played too loud in the restaurants.

the breakfast buffet had a large variety of options and everything tasted fresh. the gym includes several cardio machines and weights, so my workout routine wasn't interrupted. we loved the variety of food options. but the service was prompt and attentive!
we did not appreciate it.

The staff was super friendly and courteous. Breakfast at Cafe Knosh was a highlight of my stay and the staff made it special. I have to mention Nitin Ratolia for his awesome hospitality and Chef Himanshu for directing his staff to.!!
The room's air conditioning was locked on cold. I could not change it. I had to sleep in my dressing gown.
